Piers joins the fight for Wild Tigers in the Paddle8 charity auction

Excellent British artist PIERS BOURKE has created the wonderful “MALAY TIGER STAMP” for our online auction via @Paddle8!

This artwork was created by photographing a vintage Malaysian stamp and processing the image digitally before printing, collaging and hand painting to finish off the work. The original Malay tiger stamp was first printed in 1905 and is one of Malaysia's best known and most beautiful stamps. The stamp resonates with Malaysian cultural heritage, capturing the significance of the Tiger as the national animal, and a symbol used by many top institutions in the country.
